Conditions

No large items. No Microwaves. No large screen televisions. No items with damaged mains leads unless this is the problem.
Car Radios if coded - code must be supplied. No kettles, irons or toasters unless older models. I will advise you via E-mail at
the outset if any item is suitable or unsuitable for repair. Items for repair must be sent to me at your expense. Return costs
for carriage can be reflected in the donation and I will organise the return costs of any item if the donation is sufficient to cover
this plus something for the website. In the event of a donation not being received the item owner becomes responsible for any
return costs and will need to organise pick up of the item from me or furnish me with a sufficient amount to cover the carriage
for returning the item.
Any type of item will be considered provided it meets with the conditions as shown on this page.

HISTORY

I have been repairing electrical and electronic items for close on 50 years and have built up a huge amount of knowledge and experience.
There have been lot's of changes in the field of electrical and electronics over the years and all of these changes are of great benefit to us.
I have limited space in my workshop and therefore cannot deal with large or heavy items i.e. CRT televisions etc. In some cases it can be
cost prohibitive to try to repair some items i.e modern kettles, toasters etc. and is easier and cheaper to replace the item. Spares can
sometimes be a problem, especially with older items. Hope you and I have a pleasant experience in dealing with your breakdowns.
